Email & Offline Support Specialist (US Utility Services Program)
Location : Remote (Anywhere in India)
Night Shift | Rotational
We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable professionals to support a leading US-based utility services program. This role involves handling transaction services, email requests, and offline reports with a strong focus on accuracy, clarity, and timely completion.
Work Schedule :
7 days a week (rotational)
7 : 30 p.m. IST – 7 : 30 a.m. IST
Key Responsibilities :
Process customer email requests to start, stop, or transfer utility services.
Confirm and update service order details and scheduling.
Respond to billing, payment, due-date, and balance inquiries using standardized templates.
Assist customers with payment arrangements and budget billing plan updates.
Clarify charges, fees, or adjustments shown on bills.
Document all account actions accurately.
Make occasional outbound calls to provide updates or confirmations.
Technology Requirements :
To qualify, you must meet all of the following :
USB VoIP headset (mandatory during certification and servicing)
Dual monitors
Minimum 8 GB RAM
Latest version of Windows 11 (fully updated with no pending patches)
