Job Description :

We are hiring enthusiastic and career-oriented Trainee Recruiters – IT / Non-IT to join our dynamic team in Thane. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are interested in building a rewarding career in international recruitment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Understand and analyze client requirements for various IT and Non-IT roles.
  • Source qualified candidates from job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screening to assess communication skills, technical compatibility, and availability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with candidates through the hiring lifecycle.
  • Update and manage candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and senior recruiters to ensure timely closures.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in B.Sc, BCA, BE, or B.Tech (any specialization).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work in the US time zone (Night shift : 06 : 00 PM – 03 : 30 AM IST).
  • Quick learner with a strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
