About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Recruitment Specialist with strong experience in non-IT recruitment, specifically in the manufacturing sector . The candidate will manage end-to-end hiring for multiple roles across the domestic market.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding.
• Source talent through job portals, social platforms, employee referrals & internal databases.
• Work majorly on non-IT / manufacturing roles such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, R&D, Supply Chain, Purchase, HR, Finance, etc.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job descriptions.
• Maintain daily and weekly hiring reports and ensure closures within defined timelines.
• Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain healthy professional relationships.
