🚀 We’re Hiring : Standard Cell Design Engineer

📍 Location : Bangalore / Hybrid | 💼 Experience : 3–6 Years

We’re hiring at NextICRON Technologies ! Looking for experienced Standard Cell Design Engineers passionate about transistor-level design and PPA optimization.

This role focuses on cell design, not characterization , and involves developing high-quality standard cell libraries for advanced technology nodes.

🔹 Responsibilities :

Design and optimize standard cells for performance, power, and area (PPA)
Work closely with layout and PDK teams for rule-compliant, manufacturable designs
Perform schematic-level design, functional verification, and circuit simulations
Ensure DRC / LVS compliance and collaborate with CAD and automation teams
Deliver design collaterals for characterization and library integration

🔹 Requirements :

Strong knowledge of CMOS logic design and transistor-level optimization

Experience with Virtuoso, HSPICE / Spectre, Calibre, and StarRC

Familiarity with FinFET or advanced planar nodes (≤28nm)

B.E. / B.Tech or M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or VLSI Engineering
