Your Role : Sales &Customer Support Specialist

Are you someone who can turn customer conversations into meaningful relationships? Do you love solving problems while spotting sales opportunities? Join us as a Customer Support Specialist, where you'll combine exceptional service with consultative selling to enhance every customer interaction.

  • What You'll Do
  • Handle inbound calls & live chats with professionalism and empathy
  • Guide customers through product info, orders, returns & after-sales care
  • Spot and act on upselling opportunities during conversations
  • Maintain high CSAT and meet SLA targets
  • Accurately log all customer interactions via CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Design) to resolve issues
  • Mentor junior teammates and help shape a high-performance support culture

What We Are Looking For

  • 6–10 years in a call center or BPO setting (inbound / Outbound & live chat focus)
  • Minimum 2 years of handling international clients
  • Impeccable English communication (written & verbal)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, live chat, and ticketing systems
  • Comfortable working EST shifts (8 : 30 AM–5 : 30 PM & 12 : 30 AM–9 : 30 AM IST)
  • Experience in luxury retail, jewelry, or high-end lifestyle is a strong plus
  • Graduate degree preferred
