Shift Timing : US Shift – 05 : 30 AM to 02 : 30 PM IST

Job Summary :

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Finance team as Accounts Payable Associates. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in accounting and finance, with opportunities to learn core AP processes including invoice processing, payment cycles, vendor management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Validate and match invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
• Ensure proper approvals and coding before processing payments.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing payment runs (weekly / monthly).
• Maintain AP records and documentation as per company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth AP operations.
• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Adhere to compliance, audit, and internal control requirements.
