Job descriptionMinimum 3+ years of experience in a similar drafting or visualization role. Strong exposure to US / UK architectural projects is highly preferred. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering tools such as V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English—client communication readiness is a must. Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is an added advantage. Strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced workflow.
Location : Trecasa Design Studio, Miyapur, Hyderabad
Work Timings : 6 : 00 PM – 3 : 00 AM (US Shift)

Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings, plans, and layouts using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Develop 3D models and produce high-quality renderings using SketchUp and leading rendering tools.
- Revise drawings based on team and client feedback while maintaining accuracy and clarity.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant US / UK standards and are completed within project timelines.
- Maintain an organized and systematic digital library of all project files and documentation.
- May be required to participate in client-facing discussions; strong communication and professionalism are essential.
