Shift : Night shift (aligned with Western time zones)

Schedule : 6 days a week; full time

Role Overview

We’re seeking a seasoned Inside Sales Team Lead to steer our inside sales operations and fuel our patient acquisition growth. Ideal candidates bring deep experience in selling high-value services with long conversion horizons and can lead with empathy and strategic insight. As a key member of our leadership team, you will build and mentor a high-performing sales team, helping them confidently convey Luxora’s value proposition to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of inside sales associates to meet or exceed ambitious KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Manage and nurture long-cycle, high-ticket sales—specifically elective medical and luxury travel packages.
  • Communicate Luxora’s unique “Vacation + Surgery” value proposition, emphasizing trust, personalized care, and convenience.
  • Oversee the entire sales process—from initial consult to follow-up—ensuring a seamless, consultative experience.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product (CureMeAbroad team), and partnerships to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Analyze sales performance through data-driven insights; continuously refine playbooks, scripts, and objection-handling frameworks.
  • Uphold Luxora’s high standards of professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in inside sales—ideally in industries with long buying cycles and large deal sizes (e.g., luxury travel, healthcare, real estate, B2B services).
  • Exceptional English communication skills; clarity, persuasion, and empathy are essential.
  • American (or Western) accent is a strong advantage for aligning with target markets.
  • Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop a results-driven sales team.
  • Skilled in consultative selling, objection handling, and closing high-value opportunities.
  • Comfortable working from the office during night shifts (aligned with U.S. / UK / Australia time zones).
  • Based in Pune and available for a full-time, in-person role—six days per week.
