What You'll Do

As a Staff / Principal Engineer, you'll be our technical backbone—a hands-on leader who drives by doing :

Architecture & Systems

Leadership & Delivery

Innovation

Our Tech Stack

Backend : Java (Spring Boot), Microservices, AWS ECS, ScyllaDB, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis

Platform : AWS, Docker, CI / CD, GitHub Actions

Data & AI (Good to have) :

Databricks, Spark, Claude, LangGraph, RAG pipelines

Observability : Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch

What We're Looking For

Must-Have :

Hands-on developer

who can code, architect, and lead by example

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

while maintaining quality and timelines
