As a Project Manager (Engineering), you will lead the design, development, and implementation of control systems and industrial automation solutions for power plants, oil & gas, and infrastructure projects. You will ensure technical excellence and innovative engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement control systems for power plants, substations, and industrial automation projects.
- Design PLC / DCS architecture, SCADA systems, and control strategies.
- Interpret and develop Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics.
- Conduct logic development, sequential flow diagrams, and SCADA programming.
- Ensure successful factory acceptance testing (FAT) and documentation compliance.
- Perform engineering validation and risk assessment for project deliverables.
- Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and debugging control systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.
- Work with various DCS / PLC platforms like Siemens, Schneider, Emerson, and GE-Fanuc.
- Optimize communication protocols (Modbus, OPC, IEC61850, ProfiNet, etc.) for seamless integration.
- Oversee database management and report generation for control systems.
