We are seeking an experienced SFDC Developer III to join our client’s dynamic Salesforce team in Bangalore (Hybrid) . In this role, you will design, develop, and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions in a large-scale, enterprise environment — driving performance, scalability, and seamless integration across multiple systems.

5+ years of software engineering experience, with 4+ years on the Salesforce platform .Hands-on expertise in Lightning Component Development (LWC / Aura) .Proven experience serving as a Technical Lead on at least 1–2 Salesforce projects.Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration patterns .Experience working within large-scale enterprise ecosystems with multiple system touchpoints.Proficiency with Git and familiarity with CI / CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).Salesforce Certified Developer (Platform Developer I or II) — required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning Components, Apex, and Visualforce.Lead and contribute across all phases of the software development lifecycle in an Agile environment.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define and deliver architectural solutions.Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and maintain high code quality standards.Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs and connected apps.Implement and support CI / CD-based deployments for smooth and reliable releases.Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and deployments.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.About the Client
