Role Objective :

To lead academic excellence and ensure world-class training quality through effective curriculum management, trainer development, and student success initiatives, while maintaining academic alignment with EICT IIT Guwahati.

Key Responsibilities : 1. Academic Leadership

• Develop, implement, and monitor academic strategies aligned with institutional goals and IIT partner standards.
• Oversee curriculum planning, syllabus enhancement, and course benchmarking.
• Set academic KPIs for trainers, students, and program delivery.
