Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Consult with customers to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and requirements.
- Present travel packages, offers, and customized itineraries in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Maintain strong follow-up with potential clients to ensure conversions.
- Build long-term customer relationships by delivering excellent after-sales support.
- Coordinate with operations and product teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements :
Excellent command of spoken and written English ; ability to communicate confidently and clearly with domestic and international clients.Prior experience in travel sales / customer service / hospitality preferred but not mandatory.Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.Knowledge of popular travel destinations, holiday packages, and itineraries is a plus.Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.What We Offer :
