Senior HCM Cloud Payroll Expert

Job Overview :

The role of a Senior Techno-Functional Consultant for Oracle HCM Cloud requires an experienced professional with a strong background in payroll, including pay process and element setup for the US and Canada regions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing Payroll elements set-ups / configurations for the US and Canada region, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Must have 8+ years of experience in US and Canada Payroll
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of payroll (payroll process / element setup) for the US and Canada region is required
• Experience in North America Taxation is necessary
• Ability to write fast formulas for payroll elements is required

We are seeking a highly skilled professional who can consult on requested configuration changes, partner with the team to determine best options for design decisions based on documented requirements, current configuration, and downstream impacts, and ensure data integrity and governance by supporting large / complex data imports and extracts, validating accuracy through reporting and queries. Additionally, the ideal candidate will provide analysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules or any new requirement in existing applications.
