We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Account Manager to drive enterprise solution sales within the banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to deal closure, with strong technical acumen in observability platforms or cybersecurity solutions.

- Lead enterprise-level product sales to IT departments within banks and financial institutions .
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, influencing key decision-makers.
- Position observability or cybersecurity solutions effectively to meet client needs.
- Drive robust pipeline development , account management, and consistent deal closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer requirements.
Requirements
8–15 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within BFSI.Strong track record in product sales to IT departments of banks / financial services.Proven success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.Technical understanding of observability platforms or related domains (cybersecurity, IT infrastructure).Excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills .Demonstrated expertise in pipeline generation and successful account closures.Skills
