Our client, a fast-growing consulting firm that serves as an extended analytics powerhouse for boutique strategy firms in the US and Europe, is looking for a Senior Pricing Analytics Consultant .

Founded by ex-Bain, PwC, and Gartner professionals , the firm is known for its 3x cost-effective delivery, hands-on expertise across industries, and high-quality output powered by data-driven insights. They specialize in Pricing Strategy, Market Intelligence, GTM Strategy, and Data Analytics .

Key Responsibilities

Pricing Strategy & Analytics

  • Lead pricing assessments, price waterfall analyses, and price-setting frameworks
  • Conduct elasticity and profitability analyses, cross-sell and upsell opportunity assessments
  • Build and refine Size of Prize (SOP) models to identify commercial opportunities
  • Simplify complex discount and rebate structures across SKUs and customer segments

Data Analysis & Visualization

  • Design dynamic dashboards in Power BI and / or Tableau to visualize pricing performance and leakage points
  • Leverage Alteryx for ETL workflows and data automation
  • Apply advanced Excel modeling for scenario and sensitivity analysis

    • Project Ownership & Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end pricing analytics workstreams across industries
  • Collaborate with clients to define hypotheses, structure analysis, and deliver actionable insights
  • Contribute to internal IP, frameworks, and go-to-market initiatives

    • Required Qualifications

    Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Alteryx , Power BI / Tableau , and Advanced Excel (VBA a plus)
  • Working knowledge of SQL preferred

    • Pricing Expertise

  • Hands-on experience in price setting , deal optimization , revenue leakage analysis , and gross-to-net analytics
  • Exposure to value-based , competitive-based , and dynamic pricing strategies
  • Familiarity with pricing tools such as Vendavo , PriceFx , or similar platforms is a plus

    • Consulting Skills

  • Prior experience in management or analytics consulting (Big 4, Tier-2, or boutique)
  • Industry exposure across pharma, high-tech, manufacturing, or telecom preferred
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
