Manager, Product Delivery, SaaS based ESG Software Company

Job Summary :

A leading ESG Tech company is looking to hire a Manager, Product Delivery to oversee the successful implementation and delivery of their ESG solutions, ensuring seamless client onboarding, stakeholder collaboration, and process optimization. You will lead a team of Product Delivery Associates and work cross-functionally to enhance product adoption, service quality, and customer experience.

Company Profile :

Our client, a leading ESG Tech company providing SAAS solutions to enterprises and funds across industries, sizes and geographies to digitally track their ESG lifecycle and track their carbon footprint.

Location : WFH / Hybrid (candidate should be able to travel to Mangalore as and when required)

Designation : Manager, Product Delivery

The selected Candidate will be responsible for the following :

  • Lead and manage a team for end-to-end product and service delivery, ensuring a superior client experience and timely execution.
  • Develop resource planning strategies and manage teams across multiple locations and functions.
  • Oversee project schedules, service timelines, and key milestones to align with business goals.
  • Mentor and train team members to enhance skills and overall effectiveness.
  • Ensure service quality by identifying gaps, implementing corrective measures, and optimizing processes.
  • Track and report KPIs, SLAs, and delivery performance to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate smooth client onboarding by coordinating with clients, product, technical, and internal teams.
  • Ensure timely onboarding completion, contributing to revenue realization.
  • Support product enhancements, issue resolution, and process improvements based on client feedback.
  • Assist Customer Success, Support, and Account Management teams with post-onboarding queries.
  • Provide support to Research, Product, and Delivery teams as needed.

Requirements :

  • In-depth knowledge of ESG and sustainability principles, with hands-on experience in implementing major ESG frameworks and regulations.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven expertise in team management and leadership.
  • Experience in executing and managing SaaS-based solution deployments.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and execution.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

    • Experience : 5+ years of experience working with clients on ESG SaaS-based solutions and consulting, or in ESG consulting within Big 4 firms.

    Work Schedule : Monday to Friday
