Role Overview
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own Osto’s marketing engine for the US startup ecosystem - driving awareness, pipeline, and product demand across digital channels, founder / VC communities, and cybersecurity circles. You’ll experiment fast, learn fast, and turn insights into compounding growth.
What You’ll Drive
- Content marketing (blogs, case studies, landing pages, playbooks)
- SEO, AEO, GEO to scale organic growth
- Event marketing across startup, VC, accelerator and cybersecurity ecosystems
- Community & social growth (Reddit, Slack / Discord, VC platforms, , etc.)
- Growth experiments across channels to reduce CAC and increase sign-ups
- Analytics, attribution, and funnel reporting
Who We’re Looking For
