About the Team :

The Marketing Diagnostics team at Labcorp drives strategic initiatives to promote Labcorps diagnostic testing solutions across therapeutic areas. The team focuses on campaign development digital optimization and customer engagement to expand access to diagnostics that improve patient outcomes.

Internship Assignment Summary :

Role Overview

The Insights & Innovation Intern will explore how Labcorps healthcare provider (HCP) onboarding experience compares to industry peers and identify opportunities for future innovation. This role emphasizes research benchmarking and creative ideation focusing on how emerging technologies such as AI automation and personalization can enhance the provider experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct competitive benchmarking of HCP onboarding models across peers and leading industries.
• Research emerging technologies (AI automation personalization) relevant to onboarding.
• Gather qualitative feedback from HCPs or internal teams to uncover unmet needs.
• Collaborate with other interns to ideate and visualize future-state experience concepts.
