Role :

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Junior Associate Lawyer for our office located in Ernakulam. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical ability, and a collaborative mindset, with a focus on teamwork. The Junior Associate will be involved in handling transaction-based corporate work, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and providing legal advisory support on a range of corporate and commercial matters. The role also includes participation in client meetings, managing correspondence with clients and regulatory authorities, attending court hearing and assisting in dispute resolution proceedings. This position offers significant exposure to complex, high-value transactions and disputes within a collaborative and research-driven environment.
