Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on-site in Bengaluru. The role involves assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders, developing and implementing therapy plans, and monitoring progress. The Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with other therapists, parents, and caregivers to provide comprehensive support tailored to each child’s needs. They will also contribute to raising awareness about speech and language development while maintaining documentation and staying updated on the latest evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy and expertise in diagnosing and treating Speech Disorders
• Experience with Dysphagia and Communication Disorders
• Strong understanding and ability to address Language Disorders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
• Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Familiarity with pediatric therapy and development-focused approaches is an advantage
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to therapy
• Graduation in BASLP
• Freshers
