Job Description

• Managing the complete enrollment process for dental providers with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers.
• Collecting and validating provider documents, preparing enrollment packages, submitting applications through payer portals or delegated systems, and following up to ensure timely approvals.
• Verifying credentials from official sources, coordinating with providers for digital document signing, and updating enrollment status in client systems.
• The executive ensures compliance with payer requirements, supports onboarding of new providers, and contributes to accurate reporting and operational efficiency.
