Operations Intern

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in preparing export documentation and coordinating shipment dispatches.

2. Work with freight forwarders, warehouses, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

3. Support product sampling, packaging checks, and vendor communication.

4. Maintain vendor and supplier records, including tracking follow-ups and quality notes.

• 5. Help document workflows and SOPs;

contribute to operational dashboards and reporting.

6. Coordinate daily tasks across manufacturing, logistics, and accounts teams.

7. Participate in vendor visits and quality checks with the Ops Lead when required.

Qualifications

1. Graduates or about to be graduated students planning to begin their career in Operations

2. Strong math, excel understanding

3. Organized, proactive and a quick learner

4. Are available for full time (in-office) internship

5. Can start the internship between 20th Nov'25 and 25th Dec'25
