Who We Are Looking For
We’re seeking a
Sales Manager – HVAC & Refrigeration Segment
with a proven track record in driving B2B and channel sales in the Indian cooling industry.
The ideal candidate brings
strong OEM relationships (Carrier, Samsung, Voltas, Whirlpool, OGeneral, etc.) , deep knowledge of the
refrigeration market , and experience in
team leadership and dealer network development
across India.
This role is for a
strategic sales leader
who combines market insight, people management, and a growth-oriented mindset to build and scale Ecocare’s footprint in the HVAC segment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development :
Identify and onboard OEM clients, channel partners, and institutional buyers across the HVAC and refrigeration ecosystem.
Key Account Management :
Build and nurture long-term relationships with OEMs, distributors, and large service networks.
Pan-India Dealer Network :
Develop, expand, and manage a strong network of dealers and channel partners across regions.
Market Intelligence :
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product movement to identify emerging opportunities.
Sales Strategy & Execution :
Plan and implement sales targets, promotional activities, and regional sales campaigns.
Team Leadership :
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team to deliver consistent growth and customer satisfaction.
Revenue & Forecasting :
Track performance metrics, prepare sales forecasts, and align strategies with company growth goals.
Collaboration :
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align communication, positioning, and pricing strategies.
Customer Success :
Ensure client satisfaction through after-sales support and value-driven engagement.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in
Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or Business Administration.
Experience : 5–10 years in
HVAC / Refrigeration sales
with exposure to
OEMs, channel management, or industrial product sales.
Industry Connects :
Strong relationships with
OEMs like Carrier, Voltas, Blue Star, Whirlpool, Samsung, OGeneral, Hitachi, Daikin, etc.
Technical Acumen :
Understanding of refrigeration systems, coils, compressors, and cooling system maintenance solutions.
Soft Skills :
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Leadership experience in managing regional or national teams.
Strong analytical mindset with business forecasting capabilities.
High self-motivation, ownership, and result-oriented approach.
