Manage daytoday executive operations using tools like Zoho Suite Smart sheet and Google Workspace .Track tasks manage calendars maintain meeting notes and ensure timely followups and closure.Coordinate international and domestic travel including visa processing bookings and onground support.Prepare professional reports presentations and dashboards (MS Excel Google Sheets).Manage expense tracking reimbursements and escalation resolution.Serve as the key point of contact between the Founder and internal / external stakeholders.Support process optimization and streamline communication across departments.Accompany the Founder during business travels and provide realtime assistance.Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Zoho Projects Smart Sheets MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong task tracking documentation and project coordination skills.
- Familiarity with AIbased transcription tools like Fireflies etc.
- Valid passport is mandatory and willingness to travel internationally as per business needs.
