Job description
  • Manage daytoday executive operations using tools like Zoho Suite Smart sheet and Google Workspace .
  • Track tasks manage calendars maintain meeting notes and ensure timely followups and closure.
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel including visa processing bookings and onground support.
  • Prepare professional reports presentations and dashboards (MS Excel Google Sheets).
  • Manage expense tracking reimbursements and escalation resolution.
  • Serve as the key point of contact between the Founder and internal / external stakeholders.
  • Support process optimization and streamline communication across departments.
  • Accompany the Founder during business travels and provide realtime assistance.
  • Requirements

    • Minimum 8 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in tools like Zoho Projects Smart Sheets MS Office and Google Workspace.
    • Strong task tracking documentation and project coordination skills.
    • Familiarity with AIbased transcription tools like Fireflies etc.
    • Valid passport is mandatory and willingness to travel internationally as per business needs.
