Ai Developer / Ai Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly proficient AI developer to join our growing technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that drive innovation, automation, and business growth.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into scalable AI-driven applications, leveraging the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and deploy AI and machine learning models for various business use cases.
• Conduct data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering to ensure model accuracy and performance.
• Develop and maintain AI-powered systems such as chatbots, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics tools.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and software developers to integrate AI models into production environments.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and APIs to continuously enhance system capabilities.
• Monitor, test, and optimize model performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Document development processes, methodologies, and findings to support transparency and future iterations.
• Qualifications & Technical SkillsBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI / ML model development and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision techniques.
• Experience with data visualization, model performance tuning, and A / B testing.
• Familiarity with cloud-based services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and API integration.
• Working knowledge of Git, CI / CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes) is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
