This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage customer queries professionally.
- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Documentation & Agreements
- Draft, review, and prepare
- Booking Forms, Allotment Letters, Sales Agreements, and Registrations
- Coordinate with the legal team for vetting, corrections, and final approvals.
- Ensure timely dispatch, follow-up, and signature collection for all agreements.
- Maintain and update all documentation as per RERA compliance.

- 2. Accounts & Coordination
- Prepare
- cost sheets, payment schedules, and outstanding statements
- for clients.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for invoicing, receipts, TDS entries, and reconciliation.
- Ensure accurate system entries in CRM / ERP.

- 3. Recovery & Payment Follow-Up
- Track due payments, send reminders, and follow up with customers for timely collections.
- Maintain MIS for overdue, part payments, and collections status.
- Coordinate with the finance & legal teams for escalation cases if required.

- 4. Customer Relationship Management
- Handle customer queries related to payment, documentation, and agreements.
- Maintain a smooth communication channel between customers, sales, accounts, and legal teams.
- Ensure a positive customer experience during the entire post-sales journey.

- 5. Compliance & Internal Coordination
- Ensure all processes align with
- RERA norms
- , company policies, and project guidelines.
- Support pre-sales and sales teams with documentation needs and updates.
- Assist in internal audits, system data checks, and adherence to timelines.

- Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in
- Commerce / Business / Law
- (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in
- Real Estate CRM / Accounts / Documentation
- Strong knowledge of
