Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site IT Recruiter position based in Indore, requiring availability during night shifts. The IT Recruiter will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring IT professionals. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, maintaining candidate pipelines, and contributing to the growth of the organization by ensuring the hiring of top-tier technical talent.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment
• Proficiency in Technical Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Experience in Recruiting, including building and maintaining talent pipelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work night shifts and thrive in a dynamic on-site environment
• Understanding of recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
