Job Title : Chief of Staff

The Opportunity : We are looking to hire an experienced Chief of Staff (CoS) who would be able to help the top leadership work cohesively on strategizing / solving group level issues; and then program manage it to ensure execution. CoS would be reporting to one of the promoters (who is the CEO of a group company and member of the group leadership team). This role is pivotal in ensuring alignment across the organization, streamlining communication, and driving key initiatives to completion.

Strategic Support :

• Help the promoter spend her time efficiently and prioritise areas to focus on. Provide insights and analysis on an ongoing basis to support faster / better decision making.
• Work closely with top leadership to develop business strategies, objectives and goals.

Qualifications and Experience :

Location : Bangalore, with travel as required.

Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with experience. For the right candidate, compensation is not a constraint.
