Should be comfortable working in a structured setup with 6-day working. Preferably from the manufacturing or real estate sector. Stable and long-term career opportunity. Designation : HR Executive
📌 CTC : Up to ₹3.6 LPA (₹30,000 Gross per month)
📌 Working Days : 6 Days (2nd Saturday Off)
📌 Timings : 9 : 30 AM – 6 : 30 PM (may extend as per work requirements)
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end HR operations including attendance, onboarding, and documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment and walk-in interviews for various roles.
- Maintain employee records and ensure timely MIS updates.
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in policy implementation and HR administrative work.
- Liaise with management for HR reports and manpower planning.
