Business Development Manager – IT Product Sales (International Markets)

Location : Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Experience : 4+ years

About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead international market expansion for our innovative cloud-based IT products in the accounting and auditing domain.

This role combines strategic leadership and hands-on outbound sales, making it ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and are passionate about driving measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound lead generation, prospecting, and appointment setting across global markets.
  • Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers in selected geographies.
  • Develop and execute effective outreach strategies through LinkedIn, email, and phone.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on messaging, goals, and pipeline strategy.
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting within CRM systems.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs for leads and appointments.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on business development best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of B2B Business Development / IT Product Sales experience, preferably in international markets.
  • Proven success in lead generation and outbound sales.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and lead-gen tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical, research, and negotiation abilities.
  • Exposure to handling or guiding a small team is a plus.
