HR Support Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to provide support in the day-to-day running of our HR function. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring efficient and compliant HR processes while upholding our commitment to staff wellbeing and quality care.

The role suits someone with strong administrative abilities, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in supporting people in a care-focused setting.

Main Responsibilities

1. HR Administration & Support :

• Provide administrative support across all areas of HR, including maintaining accurate employee records, updating databases, and managing HR documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of employment contracts, letters, reports, and reference requests.
• Support the onboarding and induction process for new starters, ensuring all documentation is completed correctly and on time.

Key Skills & Qualifications

1. Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role (experience in healthcare or social care is advantageous).

2. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

3. Good working knowledge of HR processes and best practice.

4. Competent in using Microsoft Office and HR information systems.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

6. CIPD Level 3 qualification or higher is required
