Reporting to Head of Workforce Design & Strategic Programs, you will partner with Business Leaders, People & Culture (P&C) and Finance to deliver strategic workforce planning modelling, action plans and steer the Enterprise organisational design. To ensure that Allianz Australia is future-fit with Business Strategy and Group frameworks.

About the role :
- Lead the development and monitoring of a multi-year SWP framework including models to forecast supply, demand and future workforce scenarios, to help strategic workforce decision-making.
- Lead the design and work with P&C to identify emerging skill needs, future roles and workforce risks aligned to divisional business strategies and develop actionable plans.
- Build data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions on workforce size, shape and capability.
- Partner with Finance and P&C teams to integrate SWP with Group strategic and financial planning cycles.
- Develop dashboards and reports to inform and steer senior executives decision-making on Organisational Design.
- Consult and support the business by advising on the best workforce planning principles and techniques and sharing insights from other strategic workforce planning projects in the Group.
- Support Group, SMT and Board presentations on strategic capability planning progress and strategic direction.
- Design, implement and track regular reporting progress on enterprise and divisional action planning at a local and Group level.
- Lead the integration of skills management systems to systematically capture, assess and develop employee skills. Identify skill gaps and growth opportunities that meet evolving needs and support strategic goals.
About you :
7+ years experience leading strategic workforce planning in a large, multi division business.Experience with business strategy and organisational design.Demonstrated evidence delivering projects within time, budget, resource constraints and sustaining outcomes.Advanced Excel skills and experience in data insights and reporting.A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.Benefits and perks :
