Qualification : Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or Pharma

Required Experience / Skills :

6 months to 2 years experience with US Staffing
Strong experience in recruiting for Engineering or IT or Healthcare orPharma positions
Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Knowledge of recruitment best practices
Experience with applicant tracking systems
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes

Responsibilities :

Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.
