What this role is all about

As our Programmatic Advertising Manager, you’ll help us share the IKEA story in new and creative ways across the digital world. Your role is to find and connect with people who are looking for smart solutions for their homes, using a wide range of advertising tools. You'll ensure our message of affordability and beautiful design reaches them at just the right moment, helping to inspire more people to create a home they love.

A day in your life with us

  • Leading the strategy and management of our advertising campaigns across various digital platforms (like display, video, and connected TV).
  • Working together with our media partners and agencies to bring our campaigns to life.
  • Looking at data to understand our audience better and find new opportunities to connect with them.
  • Managing budgets to make sure we’re investing wisely and effectively.
  • Collaborating with our marketing and creative teams to ensure our ads are helpful, inspiring, and true to the IKEA brand.
  • Keeping up with new technology to find better and simpler ways to reach people.

Who you are

  • You have 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising, managing campaigns through platforms like Google's DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar tools.
  • You're comfortable with data and enjoy using it to tell a story and make smart decisions.
  • You are a great collaborator who enjoys working with different teams to achieve a common goal.
  • You are curious and proactive , always looking for new ways to improve.
  • You're organized and can manage multiple projects at once without losing sight of the details.
  • Most importantly, you share our passion for home furnishing and our vision to create a better everyday life.
