Description

Set up and maintenance of a secure network connection between the agency's systems and the ASA for sending authentication requests to the UIDAI CIDR.

Managing Development and integration of Aadhaar authentication APIs and software into the organization's applications, which may include demographic, biometric, and OTP-based methods.

Understand configuration and management of all hardware and software related to Aadhaar authentication, including certified biometric devices.

Monitoring the performance and availability of Aadhaar authentication services and provide technical support to end-users and operators.

Production releases and ensure robust operational mechanisms are in place, including backups and data synchronization as per UIDAI guidelines.

Fraud monitoring to detect and prevent the misuse of authentication services, particularly regarding exception handling.

Establishing or operating Aadhaar vault operations, management of security keys, HSM configuration etc.

Assess business needs to determine the appropriate type of Aadhaar authentication to use for various service delivery areas.

Manage relationships with external partners, such as the ASA, and ensure that sub-AUAs (if applicable) also comply with UIDAI standards.

Provide training and raise awareness among personnel regarding compliance and data security practices.

Qualification Criteria

Experience in IT and e-Governance

  • Educational background - Engineering (B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech) in IT / Computer Science / Electronics / Telecommunication OR MCA

Budget – Max 20-22 LPA and subject to years of experience.
