Job Title : Dotnet Technical Manager / Architect

Location : Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor the development team to ensure high performance and technical excellence.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and roadmap.
Architect, design, and review scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle — from planning to deployment.
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
Manage resource planning, task allocation, and performance reviews for the technical team.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and technologies.
Troubleshoot critical issues and guide teams in root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
Keep up with emerging technologies and propose strategic technology upgrades.
Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to ensure smooth product releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of overall experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership / managerial role.

Strong hands-on experience in technologies ( .NET, Angular)

Proven experience in project management, agile methodologies, and software architecture.

Experience working in B2B SaaS environments is highly preferred.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines , microservices, and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes).

Experience integrating third-party APIs or enterprise-level solutions
