Edge AI Specialist - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning

- Edge AI Specialist with strong experience in designing, training, and deploying AI/ML models on edge hardware.

The ideal candidate must have worked on Qualcomm / NVIDIA edge platforms and be hands-on in optimizing models for real-time performance in resource-constrained environments.

Job Description :

An Edge AI Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing AI models and systems to operate efficiently on edge devices. This role combines expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and edge computing to deploy intelligent solutions in low-latency, resource-constrained environments

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and train AI/ML models tailored for edge environments.

- Optimize AI algorithms for low power consumption and minimal memory usage without compromising performance

- Deploy and test AI models on edge devices

- Deploy and monitor AI applications in real-world edge environments, ensuring reliability and robustness.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to latency, security, and resource utilization.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for AI and edge computing.

Preferred candidate profile - :

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Coding : Python, C/C++

- Technology : Deep learning (Advanced- CNN/LSTM/Transformer- Capable to develop , retrain), GenAI, Computer Vision ,

- Edge AI stack ( QNN , SNPE , Onnx ) , Edge AI deployment , Model conversion and optimization suitable for edge

- Hardware platforms : ARM based SOC like Qualcomm SA8295 , GPU/ NPU/AI accelerators

- Deep learning Framework : TensorFlow, Pytorch,

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge on AI Model optimizations embedded hardware

- Linux/QNX/Android work experience

- Data bricks , MLOps

- Experience in automotive domain

- Audio /video frameworks on Linux/QNX/Android
