What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)✅ Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Own end-to-end hiring across roles like Credit Analysts, Business Development, Finance, Collections, Operations & Leadership roles
- Build recruitment processes, JD frameworks, and candidate evaluation systems
- Partner with founders to plan manpower requirements aligned with business goals
✅ HR Strategy & Policy Building
Set up HR function, policies, SOPs, and best practicesDesign employee handbooks, appraisal structures, probation frameworks, and exit processesBuild a strong performance evaluation & rewards system✅ Onboarding & Employee Experience
Lead induction, onboarding journeys & buddy programsFoster a culture of high performance, ownership & trustOwn engagement activities, pulse surveys & feedback loops✅ Performance Management & Retention
Set up OKRs / KRAs, performance review cadence & appraisal cyclesIdentify training needs & implement learning and development initiativesIdentify attrition risks & proactively improve retention✅ HR Compliance & Payroll Coordination
Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR regulations & statutory filingsWork with finance team to coordinate payroll, leaves, attendance, PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate Profile)
✅ 3–7 years of HR experience (preferably in NBFC / Financial Services / Fintech / High-growth Startups)
✅ Strong exposure to talent acquisition & HR policy building
✅ Someone who has either led or contributed to setting up HR processes
✅ Comfortable working closely with founders / senior leadership
✅ Excellent communication, empathy, & conflict resolution skills
