About the Role :

As an Oracle HCM Consultant, you will play a key functional role in configuring enterprise structures, streamlining workforce processes, and designing compensation strategies. You will work closely with global stakeholders, supporting end-to-end implementations and ensuring seamless HR operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Core HR :

• Configure enterprise structures (Legal Entities, BUs, Departments, Workforce Models)
• Set up Jobs, Positions, Grades, Locations, Approval Workflows
• Manage complete employee lifecycle (HireTransferTerminationGlobal Mobility)
• Implement Role-Based Access, Security Policies & Approval Hierarchies
• Support integrations with Payroll, Benefits, Talent & other systems
