About SolarSquare Energy

At SolarSquare we are building the Home-Energy brand of future India. We help homes switch to rooftop solar and move away from traditional coal electricity. We are a full-stack D2C residential solar brand – designing, installing, maintaining (after-sales), and financing solar systems for homeowners across India.

In just 3 years, we have scaled to become the leading residential solar brand in India. We are obsessed with quality, customer service, and innovating to make it simple for homes to switch to solar. We are looking for leaders to join us in this mission.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification

Identify and qualify high-potential B2C leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels to build a strong sales pipeline.

Convert leads into customers through phone calls and virtual connects.

Make a minimum of 60–70 prospect calls daily.

Education & Consultation

Educate prospective clients on the long-term benefits of switching to solar energy and how SolarSquare’s solutions drive financial and environmental impact.

Sales Meetings & Demos

Schedule meetings, field visits, product demos, and presentations to engage interested prospects and facilitate decision-making.

Meet clients in person whenever required for product presentations, consultations, and closing discussions.

Sales Pipeline Management & Follow-ups

Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups to convert leads into long-term customers.

Visit clients for follow-up meetings as needed to build trust and drive conversion.

CRM & Record-Keeping

Accurately track all customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities within CRM tools to maintain efficient communication and reporting.

Collaborative Strategy

Work closely with the Design and Business Development teams to refine lead conversion strategies and deliver seamless customer experiences.

Conversion

Maintain a minimum 20% conversion ratio .

Qualifications & Skills

Experience : 2–5 years in inside sales, direct sales, or B2C lead generation.

Sales Success : Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to persuasively engage clients and simplify complex concepts.

Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and MS Office Suite.

Self-Motivated : Goal-oriented with a strong drive for success and results.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Industry Knowledge : Experience or interest in solar energy, sustainability, or clean technologies is an added advantage.

Bangalore : Kannada

Chennai : Tamil

Hyderabad : Telugu

Role Details

Locations : Open for Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Chennai

Working Days : 6 days a week (Tuesday–Sunday, Monday fixed off)

Salary Budget : Up to ₹6.5 LPA
