DSP Dispatch Operations - Manager

Location : India (specify city or remote with travel)

Salary : Up to 1200000 INR / Year (Including Variable)

Experience : Minimum 4 + years in DSP / last-mile dispatch operations (ideally with Amazon DSPs)

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee end-to-end dispatch operations for the DSP account : route planning, rostering, rescues, driver coordination, performance tracking
• Interface with client (Amazon DSP client) and internal teams (NewFleet dispatch, operations, quality)
• Ensure SLA compliance, quality metrics, driver productivity, and escalate appropriately
• Use data and dashboards (Chime, Netradyne, scheduling tools) to monitor performance and drive improvements
• Lead a team of dispatchers, ensure training, accountability and shift-coverage
• Manage peak season planning, resource allocation and cost-control
