Responsibilities
The Associate Vice President-B2B Business will be responsible for :
- Leading the B2B sales strategy for Airport services, driving revenue growth and market expansion
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Airport services sector
- Identifying new business opportunities and forging strategic digital partnerships to enhance service offerings
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients
- Developing and executing comprehensive account plans to meet and exceed sales targets
- Providing strategic guidance and insights to the executive team on market trends and competitive activities
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics to optimize business outcomes and drive continuous improvement
- Leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective goals
Qualifications
MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration or related field.Experience
Minimum 15-18 years of experience in B2B sales and account managementProven track record of success in driving business growth and fostering long-term client relationshipsDemonstrated experience in negotiating and closing high-value dealsCertification Required
