Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, proactive Project Manager to oversee digital marketing campaigns and ensure seamless delivery for our diverse client portfolio. You will act as the central point of contact between clients, internal creative / strategy teams, and external vendors, driving projects from kickoff to completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project timelines, workflows, and resource plans using tools like Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or Trello.
- Break down campaign scopes (SEO, PPC, social media, email, content, web development) into actionable tasks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams : strategists, designers, copywriters, media buyers, developers, and analysts.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
Lead client kickoff meetings, status updates, and retrospectives.Translate client goals into clear briefs and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.Present progress reports, performance data, and campaign results with clarity and confidence.Budget & Resource Management
Track project budgets, flag scope creep, and manage change requests.Negotiate with vendors (e.g., ad platforms, freelancers, photographers) and approve invoices.Optimize internal resource allocation to prevent team burnout and bottlenecks.Risk Management & Problem Solving
Identify risks early (e.g., platform policy changes, delayed assets) and implement contingency plans.Troubleshoot issues such as missed deadlines, creative revisions, or technical glitches.Quality Assurance & Delivery
Conduct final reviews of all deliverables (ads, landing pages, reports) before client submission.Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and platform policies.Post-Launch & Optimization
Oversee campaign launches and monitor initial performance.Gather client feedback and lead internal debriefs to improve future projects.Required Qualifications Experience
3–5+ years in project management within a digital marketing agency or fast-paced marketing environment.Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email automation).Skills
Expertise in PM tools : Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Basecamp, or similar.Strong understanding of digital marketing : KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CTR, LTV), funnel stages, A / B testing.Exceptional communication : Can simplify complex updates for non-technical clients.Agile & adaptable : Comfortable with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.Certifications (Preferred)
PMP, Agile / Scrum (CSM), Google Ads, Analytics, or HubSpot certifications.Soft Skills
Diplomatic yet assertive; able to say “no” constructively.Meticulous with details but maintains big-picture focus.Thrives under pressure in a client-facing, deadline-driven agency culture.
