Job Title : Senior Node.js / TypeScript Developer Healthcare IT

Experience : 5+ Years

Location : Remote (Offshore candidates accepted)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Node.js / TypeScript Developer to build scalable healthcare IT applications. You will work on EHR / EMR, claims, patient data systems, and API integrations while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards like HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js & TypeScript.
Design data models with MongoDB, Redis, and SQL databases.
Optimize for high performance and low latency.
Support CI / CD pipelines and cloud deployments (Azure / AWS / GCP).
Ensure compliance with HIPAA / PHI / PII.
Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and healthcare domain teams.

Required Skills :

5+ years of Node.js & TypeScript development.

Strong experience with cloud APIs (Azure preferred).

Hands-on expertise in SQL & NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).

Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with EHR / EMR, HL7, FHIR, HIPAA compliance.

Exposure to Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker.

Background in high-traffic, low-latency systems.
