About the Role :
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Conceptualiser to join our events team. The ideal candidate will bring fresh, strategic ideas to life — translating brand objectives into memorable, on-ground experiences. You’ll work closely with design, production, and client / brand teams to conceptualize event themes, visual identities, audience journeys, and engagement ideas that stand out and deliver impact.
Key Responsibilities :
- Concept Development :
- Ideate and develop event concepts aligned with brand goals, audience insights, and campaign objectives.
- Create detailed concept notes, event narratives, and experience flow documents.
- Creative Strategy :
- Work closely with the creative and design teams to bring concepts to life visually and experientially.
- Collaborate on mood boards, storyboards, and presentation decks for pitches and internal approvals.
- Event Design & Flow :
- Conceptualize audience journeys, engagement touchpoints, stage setups, and interactive zones.
- Ensure consistency in theme, tone, and storytelling across all event elements.
- Research & Trendspotting :
- Stay updated on cultural, design, and experiential trends to inspire innovative event ideas.
- Research global best practices in brand experiences and adapt them to local contexts.
Requirements :
3–6 years of experience in event conceptualization , brand activations , or experiential marketing (agency or brand side).Strong storytelling and visualization skills — able to translate abstract ideas into tangible experiences.Proficiency in creating presentation decks (Keynote / PowerPoint / Canva) and collaborating with design teams.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Passion for live experiences, pop culture, music, and design is a big plus.Bonus Points If You :
