Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) – Time Off Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the Time Off module , configuration, implementation, and end-to-end support in global HR environments.

Required Skills & Experience :

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central – Time Off module .
• Experience in full-cycle implementations , rollouts, and system enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of global leave management, accruals, and absence policies .
• Expertise in configuring workflows, notifications, and reporting .
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working with clients across multiple geographies is a plus
