Role Overview

We’re looking for a Meta Ads Specialist (Facebook & Instagram) with 1–2 years of hands-on experience. This is a part-time, fully remote role that requires just a couple of hours a day, perfect for someone who wants steady work and enjoys performance-driven digital marketing.

You’ll be responsible for creating, launching, monitoring, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns to generate leads for our WaaS offering.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and launch Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Write compelling ad copy and choose relevant creatives
• Audience research, interest targeting, and basic funnel setup
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lower CPL
• A / B testing creatives, headlines, and audiences
• Prepare weekly performance reports
• Maintain ad account hygiene
• Collaborate with our internal team on landing pages & lead flow
• Stay updated on Meta Ads best practices and policy changes

Requirements

1–2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manage
