React + Next Developer (3�4 yrs)

Key Requirements :

• ? Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript (3 6 years of experience)
• ? Strong experience with Redux, Context API, Hooks, and performance optimization
• ? Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• ? Experience with SSR (Server-side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation)
• ? Expertise in unit and integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
• ? Familiarity with build tools : Webpack, Babel, Vite
• ? Knowledge of REST API integration
• ? Hands-on experience with Git and CI / CD pipelines
• ? Familiarity with CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Material-UI, or Styled

Components

• ? Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-premise setups
• ? Experience with Docker, Authentication Middleware, and Interceptors

Good to Have (for Developer) / Mandatory (for Lead Role) :

• ? Experience with Micro-Frontend architecture
• ? Knowledge of logging and tracing
• ? Familiarity with SonarQube
• ? Experience using Web Workers
• ? Proficiency with charting libraries in React
