About the RoleWe are seeking an accomplished Associate Director or Director to lead our healthcare delivery portfolio with deep domain expertise and technical acumen. The ideal candidate will be a champion of AI-driven innovation, driving transformation in healthcare software engineering while managing complex client engagements and business development initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Leadership & Client ManagementLead end-to-end delivery of complex healthcare technology programs, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfactionDrive strategic client-facing discussions, program planning, and stakeholder management across multiple accountsManage delivery risks, dependencies, and escalations with proactive mitigation strategiesEstablish strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor for healthcare technology solutionsBusiness Development & Pre-SalesSupport RFP / RFI responses with comprehensive solution design and effort estimationCollaborate with pre-sales teams to create compelling proposals and statements of workProvide technical and domain expertise during client presentations and solution demonstrationsContribute to account growth strategies and identify expansion opportunities within existing clientsTechnical & Solution ArchitectureDrive software engineering excellence across development teams with focus on scalability, performance, and securityArchitect and oversee implementation of cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, AWS, or other cloud platformsChampion modern engineering practices including DevOps, CI / CD, microservices, and API-first designGuide technical decision-making on architecture patterns, technology stack selection, and integration approachesAI Innovation & AutomationEvangelize and implement AI-driven automation across software development lifecycleLead adoption of AI tools and co-pilots for code generation, testing, documentation, and quality assuranceDrive POCs and production implementations of GenAI, ML, and intelligent automation solutionsStay current with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for client value creationTeam Leadership & Capability BuildingMentor and develop technical leads, architects, and engineering teamsFoster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and engineering excellenceBuild organizational capability in healthcare domain and emerging technologiesConduct technical reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing sessionsRequired QualificationsHealthcare Domain Expertise15+ years in US Healthcare domain with deep understanding of : Provider workflows and healthcare delivery systemsEHR / EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, or similar platforms) / HC Platforms -
